Refund policy

We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final and products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If services are booked and you need to reschedule appointment, a 24 hour advanced notice is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
