Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, sealed, and unused, in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products (essential oils, mists, energy salts, and bundles) cannot be returned.
• Digital products, programs, and services are non-refundable.

How to start a return

Email us at joycehaddadweb@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at joycehaddadweb@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
