Letter Request:

Once you book your session, please email us a hand written letter with your primary concerns you would like to focus on in your first initial session. You will begin with your current issues, specifying the areas of your life that you would like to improve and resolve. As you write this letter please free write what comes to mind without re-reading what you wrote. As your memories come up write them in no specific order or sequence. You can jump from one memory to the other as you remember. Please include your relationship with parents, sibling, traumas, and any thing we should be aware of before the session.

Writing is powerful because when you write your thoughts on paper you will tap into the emotional side of your thoughts, establish your needs, and it will prepare you for our consultation.  I will review your letter and prepare for the consultation mapping out a strategy. Please email us your letter two to three days prior to your session to info@keepitintheheart.com

If this is your second, third, plus sessions you will continue writing your changes as we evolve together noting the shifts, new triggers, and new discoveries as we continue to work through. Please email letter before the follow up sessions.

During your session we will go over more information for the first 20 minutes, then you will be ready to relax and enjoy the ride.

Attire:

Dress comfortably, bathing suit underneath clothing or sports bra (body work)  flip flops, ladies (no make-up, optional). We will talk for the first 20 minutes to go over your story and then you will lay in a massage table for the session.  We will be working on certain energy points on your back, arms and chest as part of the process oil will be used.

Online sessions:

We will send a zoom link for your session. Please make sure you are in a space where you can relax with no interruptions. You will close your eyes and be in a laying or sitting position for the remaining time of our session together after we finish with the analysis. If you have an eye mask please wear it, it will help you go deeper into your state of relaxation also essential oils will help as well.
